I had an excellent experience participating in the Erasmus+ course “Inclusion and Diversity in Classroom: Teaching Mindfulness, Empathy and Critical Thinking” in Split, Croatia (2025-09-14/21) 🥰🌞🤓. The programme was well-structured and inspiring, combining theory with practical activities such as soft-skills workshops, mindfulness exercises, and collaborative group work!! 👌🫶😇. The trainers created a supportive and engaging environment, encouraging open discussion and sharing of ideas among participants from different countries 🇭🇷🇱🇹🇱🇻🇵🇹🇲🇹... I left the course with new strategies to foster empathy, critical thinking and inclusion in my classroom, as well as a deeper understanding of how to integrate mindfulness into daily teaching 🙏💆🧘.
