Fees
Our Erasmus+ KA1 courses are 100% eligible for programme funding — below you’ll find a clear breakdown of course fees, job-shadowing and expert visit rates, optional social programme packages, and special group discounts.
Course fees
The price of the Erasmus+ KA1 course for one participant is 80.00 € per day.
The course fee includes:
- Free Split walking tour – with the local expert guide (included);
- Full programme of study sessions ( minimum 35 hours per week );
- Course materials;
- Certificate of attendance;
- Europass, on request
- Learning Agreement, on request
- Visits to local institutions;
- Personalised support;
- Expertise of the local provider on location during the mobility;
- Free WIFI internet;
- Coffee and tea breaks;
- Administration costs.
Job shadowing fees
The fee per participant for the job-shadowing activity would be the following:
- 3 days of job shadowing – 210 € rate per participant;
- 4 days of job shadowing – 260 € rate per participant;
- 5 days of job shadowing – 300 € rate per participant;
- 6 days of job shadowing – 350 € rate per participant.
Invited expert fees
The fee for the expert visit activity would be the following:
- 200 € per day, plus all expenses covered

Organisation fees
OPTIONAL ORGANISATION FEE COVERS SOCIAL PROGRAMME
You can choose one of the following Social Programme packages:
- FULL PACKAGE SOCIAL PROGRAMME FOR 220.00 € INCLUDES
- Full day trip to towns of Supetar and Bol on the island of Brač (in summer programme) or Full day trip to National Park Krka and Šibenik (in winter programme). Included in price: transfer, lunch, and guided cultural sightseeing;
- Half-day trip to UNESCO protected town of Trogir (in summer and winter programme). Included in price: transfer, cocktails, and guided cultural sightseeing;
- Walking tour through Veli Varoš, a historic neighbourhood in Split (available in both the summer and winter programmes). The price includes guided cultural sightseeing and a tasting of traditional Dalmatian sweets.
DUO PACKAGE SOCIAL PROGRAMME FOR 200.00 € INCLUDES
- Full day trip to towns of Supetar and Bol on the island of Brač (in summer programme) or Full day trip to National Park Krka and Šibenik (in winter programme). Included in price: transfer, lunch and guided cultural sightseeing;
- Half-day trip to UNESCO protected town of Trogir (in summer and winter programme). Included in price: transfer, cocktails and guided cultural sightseeing.
SINGLE PACKAGE SOCIAL PROGRAMME FOR 150.00 € INCLUDES
- Full day trip to towns of Supetar and Bol on the island of Brač (in summer programme) or Full day trip to National Park Krka and Šibenik (in winter programme). Included in price: transfer, lunch and guided cultural sightseeing.

Special Rates
Special rate for a group of 8 participants coming from the same school: pay for 7 course fees and get 1 COURSE FEE FOR FREE!
For a group of 12+ participants, we offer FREE TRANSFER to the airport and back! (In Split, Croatia)
Payment dates
The rates should be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of the course.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free of charge if cancellation is up to 4 weeks before the course starts.
After this date, the cancellation fee is 160.00 € for the course and 70.00 € for optional Organisational fee for Social Programme.
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
Other funding options
THERE ARE ALSO OTHER SOURCES OF FUNDING AVAILABLE:
- Our courses are eligible for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 funding, which should be enough to cover almost all expenses. We will gladly help with the KA1 application process.
- The courses can also be funded by any grant focusing on Life Long Learning, Professional Development and general Teacher Training.
- Courses can be paid by the teachers themselves.
