Strengthening your mental health and well-being is essential for leading a happier and healthier life, and this Erasmus+ KA1 course is designed to guide you toward that goal. Throughout this program, you will explore practical strategies that show how small, intentional adjustments can have a significant impact on your overall quality of life. This training aims to help participants understand that nurturing well-being is a continuous journey that can be supported through simple, meaningful practices.

Managing Stress & Boosting Personal Productivity
Our experienced Erasmus teacher trainers will support you in recognizing your strengths and developing effective ways to handle daily stressors. You will learn how to work more productively, maintain balance, and incorporate relaxation techniques into your routine. The sudden shift from classroom teaching to online environments has been highly demanding for many educators—as reflected in our surveys and polls. This program was created in response to the increasing levels of stress teachers experience, offering tools and guidance for managing pressure in both personal and professional contexts.

Practicing Mindfulness & Recharging in Nature
Part of the course takes place outdoors—by the sea, along riversides, and in natural surroundings—where participants can reconnect with nature while practicing mindfulness and yoga. Through shared activities and guided reflection, you will gain insights into your emotional responses and learn how to release tension. This training encourages you to focus on the beauty and positivity already present in your life and to examine how you think, feel, and react to everyday situations. Engaging in a mental health course set in a beautiful outdoor environment is not only beneficial—it has become essential for maintaining well-being in today’s demanding world.

Learning Outcomes
