🥰❤️Posted on Βαγγέλης Ρίκος (Vagrik6)2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I loved every single moment with such wonderful people. I cherish all memories and the experience!Posted on Ilva Lakuča2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to learn under the guidance of the charismatic Dario. In the routine of everyday work, I had forgotten a simple but profound truth: only a happy teacher can help raise a happy child. Dario encouraged us to reflect on seemingly simple yet essential aspects of school life. When teachers take care of themselves and value their own well-being, when they love their work and genuinely care for their students, only then can every child truly flourish. The first teacher is the one who shapes a child’s educational journey. Well-being in a school environment is impossible without teachers who are happy, who value themselves, and who care deeply for the children they teach. Thank you, Erasmus, and thank you, Dario, for this inspiring experience!Posted on Σπυριδούλα Γαλάνη2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ιt eas amazing! The cultural package was totally worth it and recommendable, including real food and drinks. -I was expecting some clues for sustainability for my school, but I understand that the goal of the course was mainly sharing strategies to make students aware of their surrounding environment and ecosystem.Posted on Pirkko Tolvanen2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. During the week of May 18–22, I had the extraordinary opportunity to attend the course “Well-Being Strategies for Teachers,” part of the Erasmus Project, in Split, Croatia. From the first to the last day, my colleagues and I benefited from training of the highest quality, both professionally and personally. In the fast-paced times we live in, when professional demands can make us almost forget ourselves, I had the chance to reconnect with my mind and heart and to listen to them calmly through a series of carefully designed activities. I am taking away valuable tools that will be useful in both my personal and professional life. I would like to express my immense gratitude to the instructors, who guided us with such professionalism and kindness, as well as to my fellow participants. I will keep this experience in my heart forever. Dulce Graça, PortugalPosted on Martyna Sopicka2026-05-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Course Description
The Resilient Educator programme has been created to respond to the growing pressures teachers encounter in today’s fast-paced school systems. Acknowledging that the emotional, cognitive, and social demands placed on educators are often underestimated, this course provides a well-rounded framework to prevent burnout and reinforce overall well-being through practical mindfulness techniques. Its purpose is to support teachers in developing effective stress-management skills, nurturing emotional stability, and cultivating a more positive outlook—ultimately contributing to increased job satisfaction and long-term engagement in the teaching profession.

Supporting Teacher Well-Being
Throughout the course, educators will explore a range of mindfulness-based tools that contribute to lowering stress levels and enriching emotional and mental health. With an emphasis on strengthening emotional regulation, boosting concentration, and deepening empathy, participants will gain practical strategies that encourage a more balanced and sustainable professional life. Activities are carried out outdoors and in natural surroundings whenever possible, allowing teachers to personally experience the grounding and restorative effects of mindfulness in nature. These moments help lay the foundation for improved life satisfaction, healthier relationships, and a more harmonious work–life balance.

Bringing Mindfulness into the Classroom
In addition to personal development, the programme highlights how mindfulness can be woven into everyday classroom practices. Teachers will learn approaches that help students build crucial emotional and cognitive capacities—such as resilience, adaptability, self-awareness, and a sense of purpose. When these methods are integrated into teaching, they contribute to creating a calm, supportive, and imaginative learning environment that benefits both academic performance and personal growth.

Experiential & Practical Learning
Facilitated by experienced mindfulness trainers and grounded in well-researched methods, the course follows a hands-on, experiential framework inspired by the principle of “living what you teach.” Participants actively engage in techniques rather than simply learning about them, enabling them to embody the qualities they hope to pass on to their students. This immersive approach encourages teachers to develop mindfulness routines that are both realistic and sustainable in their daily lives, fostering long-lasting well-being for themselves and their learners.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Use mindfulness strategies to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and improve well-being
- Strengthen emotional regulation, focus, and empathy
- Interrupt habitual stress responses and adopt healthier coping patterns
- Establish a personal mindfulness routine for ongoing development
- Implement mindful practices in the classroom to support student resilience and adaptability
