I had a very mindful week in Split partaking in the course: Building better mental health and wellbeing. The methods we were introduced to will be helpful in managing the everyday stress of teaching. It was great to have a local teacher, who could share info about the Croatian culture as well as the course material. The additional social program was lovely as well and the guides provided us with insights into Croatian history and culture and showed us some truly special places.Posted on Heidi Kohi2026-08-12Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We spent seven days in Split attending the course “Inclusion & Diversity in the Classroom – Teaching Empathy, Mindfulness & Critical Thinking.” The course was extremely well organised, and our teachers, Dario and Ivana, were absolutely incredibly professional and skilled. The classes were held in air-conditioned classrooms, which was especially welcome in the August heat, and the topics were truly interesting and thought-provoking. There were plenty of hands-on activities, and the course provided lots of practical ideas both for our own well-being and for supporting students and building a positive group atmosphere. The ideas will be easy to adapt and apply in our own work. Both Dario and Ivana were exceptionally attentive to everyone in the group and managed to take the different personalities and needs of the participants into account in all the activities. There was never a shortage of humour, laughter or fun during the lessons! The days were skilfully structured, with a great balance between classroom activities and activities outside the school. We also had the opportunity to learn about the local history and culture, while still having enough time to connect and build relationships with colleagues from other parts of Europe. Despite the August heat, the days simply flew by. In fact, the only downside of the course was that it ended far too quickly! A warm recommendation for this course, and a huge thank you once again to our absolutely wonderful, fun and talented teachers, Dario and Ivana, for these enriching and inspiring days! I truly hope we will meet again someday! Pomalo!Posted on Simka Kolenčíková2026-08-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Latest Digital, ICT & AI Solutions for Educators – an Erasmus+ course in Split I had a wonderful experience during my Erasmus+ course in Split. From the very beginning, everything was very well organised, and the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and welcoming. I really appreciated Dario’s support and approach during the introductory presentations. A special thank you goes to my trainer, Mimi, who taught us so many useful and inspiring things. I have already started thinking about how I can use what I learned in my own teaching practice. Mimi was not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also a genuinely kind and inspiring person. I really appreciate people who approach their work with such enthusiasm, dedication and love. I would also like to thank the whole Erasmus Courses Croatia team for being so kind, helpful and supportive throughout the course. Everything was organised perfectly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my time in Split and would be very happy to come back again — hopefully next time together with my colleagues. The courses have really professional and well structured programs that support my everyday work in several fields. The outdoor activities give brand new ideas to experience the goals of courses. For me the most impressive people was my mentor, my trainer Dario. His connection to the participants, his professionalism and charming personality made my experience complex and wonderful. I especially appreciated the focus on mindfulness and the importance of being present in the moment. The activities in the park, particularly the blindfold walking exercise, were a powerful experience and gave me new ideas to bring into my personal and professional practice. Thank you, Dario and Ivana for this inspiring experience. I hope to continue exploring these practices and, perhaps, to have the opportunity to bring this experience to our school in Naples in the future!Posted on Dumitras Carmen2026-08-08Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Course Description
The Resilient Educator programme has been created to respond to the growing pressures teachers encounter in today’s fast-paced school systems. Acknowledging that the emotional, cognitive, and social demands placed on educators are often underestimated, this course provides a well-rounded framework to prevent burnout and reinforce overall well-being through practical mindfulness techniques. Its purpose is to support teachers in developing effective stress-management skills, nurturing emotional stability, and cultivating a more positive outlook—ultimately contributing to increased job satisfaction and long-term engagement in the teaching profession.

Supporting Teacher Well-Being
Throughout the course, educators will explore a range of mindfulness-based tools that contribute to lowering stress levels and enriching emotional and mental health. With an emphasis on strengthening emotional regulation, boosting concentration, and deepening empathy, participants will gain practical strategies that encourage a more balanced and sustainable professional life. Activities are carried out outdoors and in natural surroundings whenever possible, allowing teachers to personally experience the grounding and restorative effects of mindfulness in nature. These moments help lay the foundation for improved life satisfaction, healthier relationships, and a more harmonious work–life balance.

Bringing Mindfulness into the Classroom
In addition to personal development, the programme highlights how mindfulness can be woven into everyday classroom practices. Teachers will learn approaches that help students build crucial emotional and cognitive capacities—such as resilience, adaptability, self-awareness, and a sense of purpose. When these methods are integrated into teaching, they contribute to creating a calm, supportive, and imaginative learning environment that benefits both academic performance and personal growth.

Experiential & Practical Learning
Facilitated by experienced mindfulness trainers and grounded in well-researched methods, the course follows a hands-on, experiential framework inspired by the principle of “living what you teach.” Participants actively engage in techniques rather than simply learning about them, enabling them to embody the qualities they hope to pass on to their students. This immersive approach encourages teachers to develop mindfulness routines that are both realistic and sustainable in their daily lives, fostering long-lasting well-being for themselves and their learners.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Use mindfulness strategies to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and improve well-being
- Strengthen emotional regulation, focus, and empathy
- Interrupt habitual stress responses and adopt healthier coping patterns
- Establish a personal mindfulness routine for ongoing development
