The course was well structured, and the atmosphere that developed was immediately relaxed and enjoyable. Dario is an empathetic teacher, full of tasks and, above all, contagious enthusiasm and inspiration that you can draw from. The activity with Nikola was also enjoyable and interesting. It is worth noting that the course is interdisciplinary and intended for teachers of all school levels. Therefore, the content provided cannot be considered a ready-made library to draw from, but rather a model to personalise and make your own. Choosing to attend the course in August in Split, as I did, also means dealing with the heat and a crowded destination during the hours when there are no course activities. I would recommend attending it outside the peak season, or choosing one of the many other destinations offered by the school. Thank you Dario!Posted on Google![]()

I really enjoyed the Mindfulness and Wellbeing course. It was a very enriching experience that gave me useful tools to manage stress, improve my focus, and become more aware of my thoughts and emotions. Well-being strategies for teachers: practice mindfulness, relieve stress and foster resilience was a well structured course, engaging, and easy to follow. I particularly appreciated outdoor classes, the practical exercises and the opportunity to apply mindfulness techniques to everyday life. Dario created a welcoming and supportive environment, making everyone feel comfortable and involved. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve wellbeing, develop greater self-awareness, and find more balance in daily life. Split is a perfect natural location!!!Posted on Google![]()

The course was a truly positive and enriching experience. It introduced us to meaningful concepts and practical activities related to mindfulness, which I found particularly useful. Our teacher was one of the highlights of the course. He was extremely kind, engaging and cooperative, always bringing a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to the sessions. His genuine personality and gentle manners created a very positive and relaxed atmosphere within the group. I genuinely came to appreciate him thanks to his authenticity and the passion he put into his work. What I particularly appreciated was the attention he gave to every participant. He listened carefully to our questions, requests and comments and was always willing to adapt, clarify and respond to our needs. He made everyone feel heard and involved. Overall, I found the course very inspiring, enjoyable and valuable. I am leaving with new ideas, practical mindfulness activities and a greater awareness of the importance of wellbeing and resilience, both for teachers and for our students.Posted on Google![]()

I had a very mindful week in Split partaking in the course: Building better mental health and wellbeing. The methods we were introduced to will be helpful in managing the everyday stress of teaching. It was great to have a local teacher, who could share info about the Croatian culture as well as the course material. The additional social program was lovely as well and the guides provided us with insights into Croatian history and culture and showed us some truly special places.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Turn your educational ideas into tangible Erasmus+ projects
Teachers and school staff who are eager to innovate and create meaningful impact in education often have wonderful ideas — but many are unsure how to turn them into real, fundable Erasmus+ projects. This course in the UNESCO-listed city of Split, Croatia, helps you transform those ideas into structured, strategic, and achievable Erasmus+ initiatives.
The 2021–2027 Erasmus+ programme offers exceptional possibilities for schools and institutions. With the right knowledge, you can access these opportunities confidently and successfully. Throughout this training, you will discover how to navigate both Key Action 1 and Key Action 2, understand their logic, and learn what makes a project strong, relevant, and fundable.

Master the Essentials of Erasmus Project Management
By the end of the course, you will feel completely at ease when dealing with Erasmus+ projects — even if you started with zero experience. We guide you through every stage: from designing a project idea, planning activities, and coordinating partners, to budgeting, monitoring progress, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring long-term impact.
You will learn how to design projects using SMART methodology and SWOT analysis, and work with evaluation models based on the internationally recognized OECD DAC / EvalNet criteria. Topics such as financing, budgeting, timesheets, dissemination strategies, and collaboration with National Agencies are explained clearly and with real examples.
In addition, you will receive practical templates, examples of successful projects, and hands-on guidance on filling out Erasmus+ applications. You’ll also learn how to navigate the Beneficiary Module (formerly Mobility Tool) and prepare high-quality interim and final reports that lead to project approval.
Your project ideas will naturally incorporate top EU priorities including inclusion, digital transformation, sustainability, and active citizenship, ensuring they fit within current European frameworks.

Join a Strong Erasmus+ Network and Find the Right Partners
What truly sets this course apart is the environment in which it is delivered. Erasmus+ Courses Croatia is one of the most connected training providers in Europe, with thousands of teachers and institutions in its network. Your trainer has years of experience managing both KA1 and KA2 projects as coordinator and partner, and will guide you with insights you won’t find in manuals.
You’ll expand your professional network, meet teachers from all across Europe, and discover potential project partners for future cooperation. During the course, you’ll even start developing an idea for your next Erasmus+ project with the support of the trainer and fellow participants.
By the end, you will feel prepared and motivated to design, apply for, and run Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects with confidence — and to turn your ideas into positive change for your school and community.
