This Erasmus+ KA1 course equips educators with the knowledge and skills to integrate art, eco-art principles, and digital tools into their teaching practices. In a rapidly changing world, fostering creativity, environmental awareness, and digital competence is more crucial than ever.

This course will provide educators with the tools to combine art, sustainability, and technology to promote environmental consciousness, encourage creative expression, and enhance digital literacy.

Integrating Diverse Art Forms into Education

This course empowers educators to integrate diverse art forms into their teaching, which fosters critical thinking, emotional expression, and problem-solving skills. Participants will gain hands-on experience with various art techniques, including video/visual arts, stop-motion animation, traditional music integration, and clay sculpture. These creative methods will help educators inspire students and make learning more dynamic, using artistic expression as a tool for both personal and academic development.

Sustainability Through Art

Eco-art encourages environmental responsibility and sustainability. This course guides educators in embedding eco-art principles into their curricula, helping students create projects using recycled materials and natural resources. Through engaging workshops, participants will explore eco-art techniques and learn how to motivate students to address ecological issues and take steps toward protecting the environment.

Enhancing Art Education with Technology

Integrating digital tools into the classroom enhances students’ technological capabilities while modernizing the learning experience. This course focuses on incorporating video editing and digital technologies into art projects. Educators will explore how to create stop-motion animations and digital compositions, alongside the fusion of traditional music with contemporary technology. By combining digital tools with eco-art and traditional art forms, participants will gain the skills to guide students in using technology creatively and responsibly, equipping them for a digitally-driven future.

Experiential Learning with Nature and Technology in Split, Croatia

Set in the inspiring surroundings of Split, Croatia, this course provides participants with the opportunity to discover new ways to engage students through art and technology. Educators will explore various teaching methods and tools to integrate eco-art and digital projects into a wide range of subjects. Lessons will take place in natural settings, such as the picturesque forest, seaside, and historic Roman palace, providing a rich, creative backdrop. These activities will enhance both creativity and digital skills while highlighting the importance of environmental issues and the role of technology in raising awareness and creating positive change.
