COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course has been designed for educators who wish to maintain strong classroom control through active participation and meaningful engagement. Participants will explore ways to build positive relationships with students and foster a welcoming, productive atmosphere. The training also introduces methods for managing the classroom through self-reflection and peer observation. In addition, teachers will discuss how to set classroom rules and expectations in a clear and consistent manner.

Beyond that, the course incorporates motivational strategies centered on attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction. We will place emphasis on cooperative learning—pair work, small groups, and team-based tasks—to strengthen student motivation. Participants will also receive practical tips for guiding students toward greater self-reflection and awareness of their own classroom conduct.

Educators will be introduced to modern assessment tools and innovative evaluation practices that support more effective monitoring of student progress. By implementing these updated approaches, teachers can better identify individual learning needs and adjust their teaching in ways that help students succeed academically.

The course will also offer practical advice for maintaining a well-run classroom, highlighting the importance of transparency, routines, and clearly communicated expectations.
