This Erasmus+ KA1 training aims to raise awareness of the social and economic challenges that young people are confronted with today and support educators in addressing them.
Early school leaving often leads to higher risks of unemployment and social exclusion, and many adults with limited skills face similar obstacles later in life. By identifying students who are likely to drop out at an early stage, schools can significantly reduce the rate of early school leaving.
This can be achieved through different approaches—strengthening students’ self-esteem, improving their sense of worth, and recognizing both emotionally fragile and behaviourally challenging learners.

Address Early School Leaving Through Inclusive, Collaborative Classrooms

Our experienced Erasmus trainers will guide you in creating more meaningful learning experiences and in managing classroom diversity while addressing early school leaving.
Throughout the course, you will develop creative teaching strategies, explore playful activities such as storytelling, drama, and games, and learn how to boost learner motivation and participation.

Reignite Student Engagement Using Interactive ICT Tools

Because it is essential to use technology in the most effective way, participants will gain practical knowledge of highly beneficial ICT applications.
These tools encourage curiosity, sustain motivation, and help students learn through mobile and web-based platforms that integrate study aids, interactive exercises, and educational games.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Participants will acquire the following competences:

• Become familiar with a range of ICT-based tools and strategies that help make teaching more dynamic and innovative.
• Learn methods that enhance students’ confidence, self-worth, and belief in their abilities.
• Understand the main factors contributing to early school leaving and gain strategies for supporting unmotivated or at-risk learners. Develop skills to strengthen students’ sense of belonging, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.
• Practice mindfulness techniques during the course.
