Joining this Erasmus+ KA1 program will support you in improving the overall quality of your daily life. Strong mental health, together with a sense of well-being, is vital for living a balanced and satisfying life. Throughout this course, you will discover how small, intentional adjustments can lead to meaningful improvements.

Manage Stress and Boost Your Effectiveness
Our skilled Erasmus trainers will guide you in recognizing your personal strengths and capabilities. You will learn techniques for handling everyday pressures, maintaining productivity, and finding ways to relax and decompress. This training was developed after observing the significant stress burdens educators are currently facing. The shift from traditional classroom teaching to virtual instruction has been difficult for many, as confirmed by our recent questionnaires and feedback tools.

Practice Mindfulness & Recharge in Natural Surroundings
Our Erasmus sessions will take place outdoors—along the coast, by rivers, and within natural landscapes. Together, we will practice Mindfulness and Yoga, exchange support, and explore the reasons behind various emotional states. You will gain tools to live with greater joy and purpose, to release accumulated stress, and to appreciate the beauty already present in your life. We will concentrate on how we think, feel, act, and respond to life’s challenges. Experiencing this course in a serene outdoor setting makes learning how to strengthen mental health not only beneficial, but increasingly essential.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
Participants will develop the following skills and competencies:
- Understand effective ways to nurture one’s mental health and well-being
- Learn how to decompress through mindful meditation
- Develop core mindfulness practices
- Experience the benefits of deep-relaxation yoga methods
- Apply creative approaches to manage classroom-related stress
- Gain insight into creating a calmer learning atmosphere through basic art-therapy principles
- Identify personal stress triggers and recognize how stress affects teaching and learning
- Learn strategies to support students in coping with stress
