This Erasmus+ teacher training course focuses on teaching in a fun and interactive way in the digital era, helping you create a modern, progressive classroom environment that supports student development and growth.
Leverage Technology to Make Learning Exciting
Today’s students have grown up surrounded by technology, making it more challenging than ever to capture their attention. Learn how to engage learners through games, quizzes, drama, and storytelling. Boost motivation by integrating ICT into lessons and introduce creative techniques that spark students’ imagination using various online tools and applications. Our experienced Erasmus teacher trainers will guide you in applying innovative methods, incorporating social media, utilizing YouTube, managing virtual classrooms, and promoting essential 21st-century skills.
Broaden Perspectives Through Collaboration
Creating a student-centered classroom is increasingly important and can be achieved by exploring innovative teaching strategies and tools that stimulate critical thinking and encourage project-based learning. Participants will gain knowledge to help develop self-aware and confident learners. You will learn how to use powerful, innovative tools that equip students with enhanced communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity skills—abilities that are essential to prevent early school leaving and support future employability.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Participants will gain the following competences:
- Apply information and communication technology to enhance motivation and creativity in the classroom
- Use interactive tools such as Plickers, QR Codes, Google Forms for Escape Rooms, Goosechase, Jeopardy-style games, board games, Wordwall, Quizlet, and Flipgrid
- Integrate digital technologies into teaching, learning, and assessment to create an engaging environment
- Gain practical experience applying technology to create advanced presentations
- Understand and implement blended learning and flipped classroom methods
- Utilize a variety of ICT tools, applications, and web platforms
- Apply digital technology for teaching foreign languages and supporting students with special educational needs
- Incorporate project-based learning and foster critical thinking
