The course was well structured, and the atmosphere that developed was immediately relaxed and enjoyable. Dario is an empathetic teacher, full of tasks and, above all, contagious enthusiasm and inspiration that you can draw from. The activity with Nikola was also enjoyable and interesting. It is worth noting that the course is interdisciplinary and intended for teachers of all school levels. Therefore, the content provided cannot be considered a ready-made library to draw from, but rather a model to personalise and make your own. Choosing to attend the course in August in Split, as I did, also means dealing with the heat and a crowded destination during the hours when there are no course activities. I would recommend attending it outside the peak season, or choosing one of the many other destinations offered by the school. Thank you Dario!Posted on Google![]()

I really enjoyed the Mindfulness and Wellbeing course. It was a very enriching experience that gave me useful tools to manage stress, improve my focus, and become more aware of my thoughts and emotions. Well-being strategies for teachers: practice mindfulness, relieve stress and foster resilience was a well structured course, engaging, and easy to follow. I particularly appreciated outdoor classes, the practical exercises and the opportunity to apply mindfulness techniques to everyday life. Dario created a welcoming and supportive environment, making everyone feel comfortable and involved. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve wellbeing, develop greater self-awareness, and find more balance in daily life. The course was a truly positive and enriching experience. It introduced us to meaningful concepts and practical activities related to mindfulness, which I found particularly useful. Our teacher was one of the highlights of the course. He was extremely kind, engaging and cooperative, always bringing a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to the sessions. His genuine personality and gentle manners created a very positive and relaxed atmosphere within the group. I genuinely came to appreciate him thanks to his authenticity and the passion he put into his work. What I particularly appreciated was the attention he gave to every participant. He listened carefully to our questions, requests and comments and was always willing to adapt, clarify and respond to our needs. He made everyone feel heard and involved. Overall, I found the course very inspiring, enjoyable and valuable. I am leaving with new ideas, practical mindfulness activities and a greater awareness of the importance of wellbeing and resilience, both for teachers and for our students.Posted on Google![]()

I had a very mindful week in Split partaking in the course: Building better mental health and wellbeing. The methods we were introduced to will be helpful in managing the everyday stress of teaching. It was great to have a local teacher, who could share info about the Croatian culture as well as the course material. The additional social program was lovely as well and the guides provided us with insights into Croatian history and culture and showed us some truly special places.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Museums as spaces for digitalisation, creativity, and engagement
In modern society, museums and galleries hold greater significance than ever before. They have transformed from exclusive spaces that store curated collections into inclusive, lively institutions that welcome a broad and varied audience. Today, museums serve as cultural and educational hubs that bring together multiple disciplines—technology, art, science, and history. They spark curiosity and inspire wonder, encouraging new ideas that support both personal and professional development.

Discover Dubrovnik’s museums and cultural traditions – the Jewel of the Adriatic
This course is designed to immerse teachers in a unique learning environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and strong analytical and observational skills. Participants will also explore how museum-based methodologies and teaching approaches can support and enrich their everyday classroom and extracurricular activities.
Guided by our experienced teacher trainers, participants will explore museum exhibitions and attend hands-on workshops connected to natural sciences, social sciences, and emerging technologies.

While visiting Dubrovnik’s Old Town—with its renowned museums—and the picturesque island of Lokrum, said to be the place where Richard the Lionheart was shipwrecked, participants will gain insight into how museums collaborate with schools and educators in designing and developing educational projects.
In addition, the informal setting gives participants the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with colleagues from across Europe while getting to know Croatian traditions, cultural heritage, and natural landscapes.
By the end of the training, participants will walk away with an innovative and practical toolkit to enrich their teaching practices, inspire students, and encourage broader thinking.
Please note that museum visits and activities may vary depending on factors such as staff availability, group size, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
