We spent 5 wonderful days in Split; every day we did interesting activities in extraordinary and very picturesque spaces. From the first day of the course, Dario gave us an introduction to mindfulness and we worked on some exercises in which we used breathing to calm the mind and detach ourselves from our external experiences and live the present. Nicola's course, by the river, taught us some techniques for relaxing the body in stressful conditions. Last but not least, the beautiful Ivana, who told us in her perfect English that critical thinking helps us to perceive reality much more correctly. It was a course that I will always remember with pleasure and that makes me want new similar experiences.
