Strengthen collaboration within your classroom
With the rapid rise of modern technology, many young learners have become more withdrawn and less connected to the people and environment around them. Because of this, we created this Erasmus+ KA1 course for teachers who feel it is time to rebuild those essential connections and increase awareness of student well-being. Teamwork improves learning outcomes, creates meaningful social ties, and helps students understand a variety of viewpoints—clear reasons why group cooperation should be encouraged.
Our experienced Erasmus trainers and psychology professionals will guide you through practical collaborative strategies that can enrich your teaching and help reduce early school leaving.

Encourage positive group dynamics & support well-being
A major focus of this course is well-being in the classroom, which naturally grows when group cohesion is strong. Diversity and inclusion are key pillars of efficient teamwork, so we will show you how to create a classroom where differences are respected, students participate actively, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Humans are social by nature, and for that reason empathy and connection should extend beyond the lesson itself. Such bonds help students feel safe, valued, and more willing to stay engaged in school life.

Increase motivation and build confidence
You will take part in activities designed to create a lively and focused classroom environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and ready to collaborate. We will explore lesson ideas centred around teamwork, active listening, and cooperative learning. The course also highlights mental health and well-being—helping both teachers and students develop a strong sense of belonging and trust.
Through practical examples, we will introduce healthy competition, conflict prevention and resolution, and ways to strengthen students’ self-confidence.
Our psychologist and Mindfulness trainer, Dario Caljkusic, holds an Honors degree from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, USA. His sessions are known for being engaging, reflective, humorous, and insightful.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
Participants will develop the following skills and competences:
