COURSE DESCRIPTION

Motivation is a crucial factor for both students and teachers in today’s educational environment. This Erasmus+ KA1 course equips educators with innovative strategies, methods, and tools to inspire students, enhance engagement, and encourage learners to reach their full potential. Participants will gain practical techniques and resources that can be directly applied in the classroom to foster participation, collaboration, and creativity while preventing early school leaving.

Foster a Collaborative and Engaging Classroom

Learn how to energize your classroom through drama, games, and storytelling to engage all learning styles. This course emphasizes project-based and student-centered learning, encouraging creativity, communication, and critical thinking. Participants will explore innovative teaching methods that make lessons dynamic, inclusive, and fun while nurturing essential soft skills for students’ future employability.

Integrate Modern ICT Tools

Educators will receive guidance on incorporating digital tools, online platforms, social media, quizzes, and educational games into their teaching. This knowledge helps manage mixed-ability classrooms effectively, enhances student motivation, and supports interactive and engaging learning experiences.
