I had a very mindful week in Split partaking in the course: Building better mental health and wellbeing. The methods we were introduced to will be helpful in managing the everyday stress of teaching. It was great to have a local teacher, who could share info about the Croatian culture as well as the course material. The additional social program was lovely as well and the guides provided us with insights into Croatian history and culture and showed us some truly special places.Posted on Heidi Kohi2026-08-12Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We spent seven days in Split attending the course “Inclusion & Diversity in the Classroom – Teaching Empathy, Mindfulness & Critical Thinking.” The course was extremely well organised, and our teachers, Dario and Ivana, were absolutely incredibly professional and skilled. The classes were held in air-conditioned classrooms, which was especially welcome in the August heat, and the topics were truly interesting and thought-provoking. There were plenty of hands-on activities, and the course provided lots of practical ideas both for our own well-being and for supporting students and building a positive group atmosphere. The ideas will be easy to adapt and apply in our own work. Both Dario and Ivana were exceptionally attentive to everyone in the group and managed to take the different personalities and needs of the participants into account in all the activities. There was never a shortage of humour, laughter or fun during the lessons! The days were skilfully structured, with a great balance between classroom activities and activities outside the school. We also had the opportunity to learn about the local history and culture, while still having enough time to connect and build relationships with colleagues from other parts of Europe. Despite the August heat, the days simply flew by. In fact, the only downside of the course was that it ended far too quickly! A warm recommendation for this course, and a huge thank you once again to our absolutely wonderful, fun and talented teachers, Dario and Ivana, for these enriching and inspiring days! I truly hope we will meet again someday! Pomalo!Posted on Simka Kolenčíková2026-08-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Latest Digital, ICT & AI Solutions for Educators – an Erasmus+ course in Split I had a wonderful experience during my Erasmus+ course in Split. From the very beginning, everything was very well organised, and the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and welcoming. I really appreciated Dario’s support and approach during the introductory presentations. A special thank you goes to my trainer, Mimi, who taught us so many useful and inspiring things. I have already started thinking about how I can use what I learned in my own teaching practice. Mimi was not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also a genuinely kind and inspiring person. I really appreciate people who approach their work with such enthusiasm, dedication and love. I would also like to thank the whole Erasmus Courses Croatia team for being so kind, helpful and supportive throughout the course. Everything was organised perfectly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my time in Split and would be very happy to come back again — hopefully next time together with my colleagues. I especially appreciated the focus on mindfulness and the importance of being present in the moment. The activities in the park, particularly the blindfold walking exercise, were a powerful experience and gave me new ideas to bring into my personal and professional practice. Thank you, Dario and Ivana for this inspiring experience. I hope to continue exploring these practices and, perhaps, to have the opportunity to bring this experience to our school in Naples in the future!Posted on Dumitras Carmen2026-08-08Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Course Description
This Erasmus+ KA1 training program is designed to equip teachers with practical skills and knowledge to weave art, eco-art concepts, and digital tools into their educational practices. In a world that is constantly evolving, creativity, environmental awareness, and digital competence have become essential for meaningful learning.
Erasmus Courses Croatia acknowledges the vital part educators play in shaping future generations and views this interdisciplinary approach as a pathway to deepening understanding of ecological thinking and modern technologies. The course provides opportunities to merge artistic expression, sustainability, and digital innovation to heighten environmental consciousness, encourage creativity, and strengthen digital abilities.

Exploring Artistic Practices in the Classroom
This Erasmus+ KA1 course supports teachers in bringing a variety of artistic techniques into their daily teaching. Creative activities help cultivate problem-solving skills, emotional expression, and critical thinking. Participants will explore methods such as video and visual arts, stop-motion filmmaking, clay sculpture, and the incorporation of traditional music. Through practical projects, educators will learn how to motivate students and enrich lessons by using artistic expression as a tool for both academic and personal development.

Eco-Art for Environmental Learning
Eco-art principles serve as an engaging way to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility. This training guides educators in integrating eco-art into their curriculum, motivating students to work with natural elements and repurposed materials. Participants will experiment with eco-art techniques and take part in workshops focused on environmental themes. By creating eco-artworks, teachers will gain strategies to help students reflect on ecological challenges and become more proactive in caring for the planet.

Combining Digital Media with Traditional Art
Introducing digital tools into the arts enriches the learning experience and strengthens students’ technological proficiency. The course offers guidance on using digital applications and video-editing tools in creative projects. Educators will learn to design digital compositions and stop-motion animations, blending traditional artistic processes with modern technology, including the integration of traditional music. This approach prepares teachers to help students use technology thoughtfully and imaginatively, equipping them for a digital-driven world.

Experiential Learning with Nature and Technology in Dubrovnik, Croatia
Participants will investigate how artistic practices and digital tools can spark positive transformation in the classroom. They will explore innovative ways to involve students in discussions about environmental and technological topics. The course introduces a variety of teaching strategies for incorporating eco-art and digital projects across school subjects. Sessions will take place in inspiring natural settings—such as forests, coastal areas, and a historic Roman palace—which provide a powerful backdrop for creativity and discovery.
These activities will nurture creativity and digital skills while highlighting the interconnections within our environment and how human actions impact natural resources. Working in these stunning locations will deepen participants’ appreciation of nature, artistic expression, and the potential of digital media to support activism, awareness, and community-driven environmental initiatives.
