Successful Teaching Strategies for Mixed-Ability Classrooms

In today’s classrooms, teachers regularly work with students of varying abilities and learning speeds. This course is designed to equip educators with strategies to address this diversity effectively. Participants will learn how to help students understand their own strengths and learning needs, recognize areas for improvement, and focus on personal growth.

Teachers will also gain insight into different learning styles – visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, and mathematical – and how to adapt their teaching to suit each type. Inclusive classrooms often create challenges: high-achieving students may feel under-stimulated, while others may feel pressured. This course provides practical tools and methods to address the needs of all learners, including gifted students and those with special needs.

Engaging Students Through Games and Digital Tools

Participants will explore how game-based learning and ICT applications can engage students at all levels. The course will show how to design online lessons, integrate educational apps, and utilize social media as an educational tool. Teachers will also discover the benefits of the flipped classroom model to enhance collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills among students.
