🥰❤️Posted on Βαγγέλης Ρίκος (Vagrik6)2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I loved every single moment with such wonderful people. I cherish all memories and the experience!Posted on Ilva Lakuča2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to learn under the guidance of the charismatic Dario. In the routine of everyday work, I had forgotten a simple but profound truth: only a happy teacher can help raise a happy child. Dario encouraged us to reflect on seemingly simple yet essential aspects of school life. When teachers take care of themselves and value their own well-being, when they love their work and genuinely care for their students, only then can every child truly flourish. The first teacher is the one who shapes a child’s educational journey. Well-being in a school environment is impossible without teachers who are happy, who value themselves, and who care deeply for the children they teach. Thank you, Erasmus, and thank you, Dario, for this inspiring experience!Posted on Σπυριδούλα Γαλάνη2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ιt eas amazing! Hvala vam puno.!😀😀😀😀😀Posted on Tere G.2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. -Really well organised timetables. -Lots of opportunities for teacher networking with various groups. -Enthusiastic, friendly instructors and tour guides. The cultural package was totally worth it and recommendable, including real food and drinks. -I was expecting some clues for sustainability for my school, but I understand that the goal of the course was mainly sharing strategies to make students aware of their surrounding environment and ecosystem.Posted on Pirkko Tolvanen2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. During the week of May 18–22, I had the extraordinary opportunity to attend the course “Well-Being Strategies for Teachers,” part of the Erasmus Project, in Split, Croatia. From the first to the last day, my colleagues and I benefited from training of the highest quality, both professionally and personally. In the fast-paced times we live in, when professional demands can make us almost forget ourselves, I had the chance to reconnect with my mind and heart and to listen to them calmly through a series of carefully designed activities. I am taking away valuable tools that will be useful in both my personal and professional life. I would like to express my immense gratitude to the instructors, who guided us with such professionalism and kindness, as well as to my fellow participants. I will keep this experience in my heart forever. Dulce Graça, PortugalPosted on Martyna Sopicka2026-05-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. COURSE DESCRIPTION
Across the world, education systems are increasingly highlighting the importance of strong leadership and effective management in schools. Leadership practices have a significant influence on organizational culture, staff motivation, and overall school performance. In fact, the quality of school leadership plays a central role in improving both equity and efficiency within the education sector.

This Erasmus+ KA1 training has been specially designed to support school principals, deputy principals, and educational policymakers in strengthening their leadership capacity. Throughout the course, participants will explore essential components of successful school leadership: organizational management, meaningful school visits, conflict-resolution methods, advanced communication practices, problem-solving strategies, stress-reduction techniques, relaxation methods, school-focused PR strategies, and the subtle yet powerful elements of effective leadership.

The programme offers practical guidance on the strategic and operational aspects of running a school. Whether participants are looking to enhance the organizational structure of their institution, improve their approach to teamwork, or refine communication with stakeholders, this course addresses the complex realities school leaders navigate daily.

Through collaborative workshops, real-life case studies, and group discussions, participants gain deeper insight into leadership principles and their practical application. This course acts as a well-rounded guide for principals, vice-principals, and policymakers who aim to elevate their leadership skills and contribute positively to the growth and well-being of their school communities.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Apply Effective Conflict Resolution Approaches and Encourage Collaboration
Implement tried-and-tested conflict management techniques to navigate interpersonal or organizational challenges. Strengthen cooperation, teamwork, and teambuilding by creating opportunities for joint activities, workshops, and collaborative projects. Leaders who promote active communication and shared understanding help build a resilient and supportive school culture.
Develop Your Leadership by Strengthening Your Soft Skills
Enhance essential soft skills that prevent burnout and improve day-to-day functioning for you and your team. Gain awareness of non-verbal communication and learn how to use it deliberately when interacting with staff and students to improve overall school dynamics.
Advance Your Communication Competence
Improve communication strategies to build constructive relationships with teachers, students, families, and wider stakeholders. By promoting transparent and positive communication patterns, school leaders help foster a trusting and harmonious environment. Effective leaders model healthy communication habits that encourage respectful dialogue and stronger community bonds.
Use Critical Thinking to Address Problems Efficiently
Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking methods to overcome everyday and long-term challenges within the educational context. Improve your decision-making processes and guide your team with clarity and confidence.
Manage Stress Using Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques
Recognize your personal stress triggers and incorporate practical relaxation tools to sustain your well-being as a leader. By integrating mindfulness practices, school leaders nurture their resilience and create a calmer, more balanced work atmosphere for themselves and those they lead.
Build and Demonstrate Inspiring Leadership Skills
Develop leadership qualities that motivate and engage staff, contributing to a positive school atmosphere that supports growth for both educators and students. Learn how to embody the traits of a leader who inspires others through action, communication, and vision.
Plan Strategic PR for Schools
Create and implement tailored public relations strategies that strengthen the school’s reputation and enhance community engagement. Use digital platforms such as websites and social media to highlight achievements, share updates, and foster stronger connections with the public.

Throughout the week, educators will have the opportunity to visit a variety of Croatian institutions—secondary schools, VET schools, Regional Centers of Excellence, and active Erasmus+ primary schools.
