🥰❤️Posted on Βαγγέλης Ρίκος (Vagrik6)2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I loved every single moment with such wonderful people. I cherish all memories and the experience!Posted on Ilva Lakuča2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to learn under the guidance of the charismatic Dario. In the routine of everyday work, I had forgotten a simple but profound truth: only a happy teacher can help raise a happy child. Dario encouraged us to reflect on seemingly simple yet essential aspects of school life. When teachers take care of themselves and value their own well-being, when they love their work and genuinely care for their students, only then can every child truly flourish. The first teacher is the one who shapes a child’s educational journey. Well-being in a school environment is impossible without teachers who are happy, who value themselves, and who care deeply for the children they teach. Thank you, Erasmus, and thank you, Dario, for this inspiring experience!Posted on Σπυριδούλα Γαλάνη2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ιt eas amazing! Hvala vam puno.!😀😀😀😀😀Posted on Tere G.2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. -Really well organised timetables. -Lots of opportunities for teacher networking with various groups. -Enthusiastic, friendly instructors and tour guides. The cultural package was totally worth it and recommendable, including real food and drinks. -I was expecting some clues for sustainability for my school, but I understand that the goal of the course was mainly sharing strategies to make students aware of their surrounding environment and ecosystem.Posted on Pirkko Tolvanen2026-05-31Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. During the week of May 18–22, I had the extraordinary opportunity to attend the course “Well-Being Strategies for Teachers,” part of the Erasmus Project, in Split, Croatia. From the first to the last day, my colleagues and I benefited from training of the highest quality, both professionally and personally. In the fast-paced times we live in, when professional demands can make us almost forget ourselves, I had the chance to reconnect with my mind and heart and to listen to them calmly through a series of carefully designed activities. I am taking away valuable tools that will be useful in both my personal and professional life. I would like to express my immense gratitude to the instructors, who guided us with such professionalism and kindness, as well as to my fellow participants. I will keep this experience in my heart forever. Dulce Graça, PortugalPosted on Martyna Sopicka2026-05-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Course Description
Turn Your Educational Ideas into Concrete Erasmus+ Projects
Calling all teachers who dream of improving education and creating meaningful impact: imagine a place where your project ideas can actually take shape, and where you can meet and collaborate with fellow educators from across Europe. That place is the KA1 training course “From Concept to SMART Erasmus+ Project” held in Split, Croatia — a UNESCO World Heritage city with a vibrant learning atmosphere.
The Erasmus+ programme for 2021–2027 offers exceptional possibilities for schools and organisations, yet many still feel uncertain about how to use these opportunities effectively. With support from our experienced trainers, you will discover how to confidently navigate Erasmus+ funding and understand the essential steps to succeed in Key Action 1 and Key Action 2 projects.
Develop Essential Project Management Skills for Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2
By the end of the course, you will feel comfortable managing Erasmus+ projects from start to finish. Whether you want to explore Partnerships for Cooperation (KA220), Small-Scale Partnerships (KA210), Accreditation (KA120), or short mobilities, this programme is designed to guide you through every stage. No prior experience is required — beginners are fully welcome.
You will gain practical knowledge in designing (using SMART criteria and SWOT analysis), planning, implementing, disseminating, monitoring, and evaluating projects following the internationally recognised OECD DAC / EvalNet standards. You will also learn about budgeting, financial rules, collaboration with partners, reporting obligations, and working effectively with National Agencies. By the end, you will understand what makes a strong project coordinator and a reliable partner.
Our trainer will provide actionable advice for completing Erasmus+ forms, navigating the Beneficiary Module (previously Mobility Tool), preparing strategic documentation, and using ready-made templates and real examples. You will also practise producing interim and final reports that meet programme requirements.
Your project design will be closely connected to key EU priorities such as inclusion, sustainability, digital transformation, and active citizenship — making your proposals both relevant and competitive.
Join a Community of 4,000+ Teachers and Build Strong Erasmus+ Partnerships
Funding is only part of the story. A major benefit of joining this course is the exceptional networking opportunity. Erasmus+ Courses Croatia, based in Split, is one of Europe’s most connected training centres, with thousands of educators and institutions in its network. Your trainer is an experienced Erasmus+ expert with successful KA1 and KA2 projects as both coordinator and partner.
During the course, you will meet colleagues from many EU countries, enabling you to find suitable partners for future applications. With our guidance, you will begin shaping your next project idea and building a long-term support network.
After completing the course, you will leave with the confidence, competence, and contacts needed to organise and manage KA1 and KA2 Erasmus+ projects. Make the most of the 2024–2027 period and take the first step toward your next successful application — beginning right here in Split, Croatia.
