With the rapid evolution of 21st-century technology, many young people have become increasingly disconnected from their peers and environment. This Erasmus+ KA1 course was created for teachers who feel it is the right moment to rebuild meaningful connections among their students and bring attention to their overall well-being. Cooperative learning enhances student performance, expands social networks, and encourages appreciation of different viewpoints—making it an essential element of a supportive learning setting. Our experienced Erasmus trainers and specialists in psychology will guide you through collaborative approaches that enrich classroom practice and contribute to preventing early school dropout.

Support healthy group dynamics & prioritize student well-being
A central focus of the course is nurturing well-being within the classroom by strengthening group cohesion, which lies at the heart of effective teaching. Techniques involving mindfulness and stress regulation help both educators and learners remain grounded, attentive, and emotionally centered. Because diversity and inclusion are integral to teamwork, we will demonstrate how to cultivate a joyful classroom atmosphere where differences are valued, engagement is high, and students feel welcomed and safe. As inherently social beings, students thrive when empathy is encouraged, relationships are nurtured, and a sense of belonging is reinforced.
