Course Description
Boost Your Well-being in a Relaxed and Inspiring Environment
Would you like to feel more balanced, energized, and connected—both in your personal life and in your classroom? This course is designed for teachers and educators who want to improve their physical and mental well-being by learning from the Mediterranean way of life. Through a combination of mindfulness, movement, nutrition, and cultural experiences, you will explore practical strategies to create healthy habits for yourself and your students.
Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve your daily routines, or bring more positivity into your school environment, this course will offer hands-on experiences and easy tools to support your journey—and inspire the people around you.
Experience the Mediterranean Way of Life and Share It With Others
Participants will explore the core elements of the Mediterranean lifestyle, which promotes balance, connection, and a slower pace of living. You will take part in daily yoga and meditation sessions to improve focus and relaxation, enjoy guided food tastings of Mediterranean cuisine, and discover the concept of pomalo—a local philosophy that encourages you to take life slowly and enjoy the present moment.
You will also explore the richness of Dalmatian intangible heritage—including traditional customs, music, storytelling, and community values—which play a key role in supporting a healthy lifestyle and building meaningful social connections.

Through interactive workshops, outdoor learning, and reflection activities, you will learn how to bring these healthy habits into your daily routine, classroom, and wider school community. You will leave the course with the tools and motivation to support not only your own well-being but also the well-being of your students, colleagues, and surroundings.
Learn Through Movement, Nature, and Mindful Practices
Our experienced trainers will guide you through a variety of activities designed to support your well-being and inspire positive change in others. From movement-based learning and nature walks to digital wellness and breathing techniques, this course will help you build a healthier lifestyle step by step.
We are taking our Erasmus classes outdoors, by the sea, next to the river, in nature. We practice Mindfulness and support each other, and explain why one might be feeling the way they are feeling. You will be taught how to lead an overall happier, more fulfilled life as well as to release the tension and stress to focus on the beauty you already have in your life.
You will explore how to use these methods in your classroom and how to lead by example. As a teacher, your habits and mindset influence your students—and this course will help you become a model for healthy living and mindful teaching.
