DUBROVNIK – English Course for Absolute Beginners

This course is available in 6-day or 5-day formats. Please choose your preferred length in the preregistration form.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Welcome to the wonderful world of English! This Erasmus+ course is designed specifically for school teachers and educators with little to no prior knowledge of English language. Whether you are starting from scratch or have only minimal exposure to the language, this course will equip you with the foundational skills needed to communicate effectively. In Maksima Teacher Training Centre you will learn fundamental aspects of English and meet other teachers from all around the world!

English is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world.  By learning English in Eramus+ Courses Croatia, you open doors to opportunities, enabling you to communicate with people from many different places, and explore other communities and cultures that can help you expand horizons of tolerance and diversity.

Throughout the course, we will start from the very basics, ensuring that you have a strong foundation to build upon. We will focus on essential language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Through interactive lessons, engaging activities, and meaningful conversations, you will gradually develop English proficiency and gain confidence in your abilities. And most importantly, you will enhance basic English language skills and incorporate them into classroom practice, and Erasmus project writing.

The lessons of the Erasmus+ course are specifically created for beginners’ level of understanding. We will cover topics such as greetings and introductions, daily routines, expressing emotions, describing people and objects, asking for directions, and much more. We will also learn about English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure to help you construct clear and effective sentences. You will also explore language challenges, ask questions, and actively participate in class discussions. 

By the end of this course, you will acquire a solid foundation in English and will be ready to take on more advanced language learning opportunities.
