Week 1: Dubrovnik, Croatia – Collaboration, Teamwork & Teambuilding: Create stronger bonds in your classroom (5 days)
Course Description: In the stunning setting of Dubrovnik, participants will focus on enhancing collaboration, teamwork, and team-building skills. Through a series of dynamic workshops, team challenges, and collaborative projects, participants will learn strategies to create stronger bonds in educational settings. This five-day course aims to create a positive and cohesive learning environment.

Participants will delve into practical strategies for stress reduction, resilience building, and effective burnout prevention. Through interactive workshops, mindfulness exercises, and expert-led discussions, participants will gain valuable insights into maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
