COURSE DESCRIPTION
In May 2022 Erasmus+ Courses Croatia is taking you to one of the most magical places in the world – Iceland.
On this course we are going to be developing and mastering vital skills of the 21st century which include the 4Cs of education – creativity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking. Participants are going to learn how to evolve through critical thinking and evaluate information through observation, interpretation, and reflection while learning how to build games for this purpose.
The way toward academic excellence, joyful and successful future of our students is intertwined with collaborative problem solving, creative thinking, teamwork, decision making, motivation and hands-on learning. This is why participants are going to learn about benefits of drama for improving communication skills which has proved to prevent bullying, early school leaving, and enhance motivation of our students.
Educators are going to learn how to instantly digitize their classroom by applying frameworks and models that support effective implementation of ICT in the classroom.
Infusing technology throughout a lesson plan for efficient and effective teaching: introducing Goosechase, Quizziz, Vita, Plickers and QR codes.
We are going to explore effective collaboration through creativity and problem solving skills: reaching the common goal of improved learner outcomes, pairing and sharing best practices. Project-based learning: collaborative learning has been shown not only to develop higher-level thinking, but boost their confidence and self-esteem.
