Learn about the importance of CLIL Methodology

This Erasmus+ KA1 is designed for teachers and educational staff who wish to deepen their Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in their lessons. This innovative approach to education integrates the teaching of subject content with the learning of a second language, promoting both language acquisition and subject mastery simultaneously. Through a combination of theoretical foundations, hands-on activities, and collaborative discussions, participants will explore various CLIL methodologies, instructional techniques, and technology tools that enhance student engagement, comprehension, and achievement across different content areas.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

This course will help participants to:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of CLIL principles and their impact on student achievement.
• Develop proficiency in utilizing ICT tools, digital platforms, AI technologies, and project-based activities to integrate CLIL into lesson plans effectively.
• Design engaging CLIL lessons that cater to diverse learners’ needs and promote interdisciplinary learning.
• Foster a collaborative and interactive classroom environment conducive to language acquisition and content comprehension.
• Enhance pedagogical skills and instructional strategies to elevate student engagement and academic performance across subject areas through CLIL implementation.
